• Position: SEND Teaching Assistant
• Location: Islington, North London
• Start Date: Immediate
• Pay: £100.00 per day

About the School:This is a well-established primary school with over 400 pupils, recently rated GOOD by Ofsted. The school prides itself on its inclusive ethos and strong community relationships. You will play a vital role in supporting students with SEND to thrive in the classroom and beyond.Your Role Will Include:

• Providing tailored support to SEND students to help them access the curriculum
• Assisting with breaktimes, lunchtimes, school trips, and extracurricular activities
• Promoting positive behaviour and wellbeing through consistent support strategies
• Collaborating with class teachers and specialists to support individual learning plans

What We're Looking For:

• A positive, proactive attitude and a genuine passion for working with SEND pupils
• Previous experience supporting SEND or vulnerable individuals (education, healthcare, social care, or youth work backgrounds are all welcome)
• Strong emotional intelligence, patience, and empathy
