We are recruiting for a dynamic and ambitious Estimator to support a leading company specializing in commercial interior design and office fit-out services. This is a fantastic opportunity for an Estimator who wants to progress into a more senior role in the near future.

The Estimators Role: As an Intermediate Estimator, you will be responsible for supporting the business with tenders and cost estimation. This hybrid role allows you to work primarily from home, attend site visits, and engage in regular online meetings with the Operations Director. If you are an Estimator with a keen eye for detail and a drive to excel, this is the perfect opportunity for you.

Key Responsibilities for the Estimator:

• Preparing and submitting tenders as an Estimator for office fit-out and commercial interior projects.
• Analyzing drawings, specifications, and project requirements to produce accurate cost estimates.
• Sourcing materials, subcontractor quotes, and ensuring competitive pricing.
• Collaborating with the design and operations team as an Estimator to align estimates with project vision.
• Attending site visits to assess project scope and requirements.
• Engaging in regular online meetings with the Operations Director to discuss ongoing tenders and business opportunities.

Requirements for the Estimator:

• 2+ years of experience as an Estimator in the commercial fit-out or interior design sector.
• Strong knowledge of costing, procurement, and tendering processes.
• Excellent numerical and analytical skills with attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently, manage multiple tenders, and meet deadlines.
• Proficiency in estimating software and Microsoft Office Suite.
• A driven and ambitious mindset, eager to grow within the company as an Estimator.
