About the Organisation

We are a family-centred nursery where children are truly known, valued, and cared for.

Our nursery is warm, welcoming place where children feel safe, staff feel proud and families feel part of something special.

We combine high-quality early years education with a genuine home-from-home atmosphere, built on strong relationships, experienced teams, and a shared belief that every child deserves the very best start. What makes us different is not just what we do - it is how we care, how we work together and how much we believe in every unique child.

To be a nursery known for kindness, trust, and excellence in early years care and education.

We want every nursery to feel the same - safe, welcoming, consistent and full of people who care.

We aim to create environments where:

  • Children feel happy, confident, and secure.
  • Families feel listened to and supported.
  • Staff feel valued and part of one team.
  • Every nursery reflects the same strong values.

Together, we have built a nursery that children love, families trust, and staff are proud to be part of.

About the Role

We are looking for a warm, caring, and patient individual who brings genuine enthusiasm for working with young children and their families. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication, organisational, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage sensitively and positively with children and their loved ones at every interaction. A strong sense of responsibility is essential, as is an awareness of child safety and safeguarding issues. You will be someone who brings creative ideas to children's activities, holds a natural interest in child development, and thrives as part of a collaborative team. A willingness to continuously develop your own skills and practice is equally important to us.

Desirable qualifications include an NVQ Level 3 in Early Years or above, though we welcome applications from Level 2 qualifications — Tenderlinks Day Nursery will fully fund your DBS check, Food & Hygiene Certification, Paediatric First Aid, Health & Safety Certificate, and Safeguarding training, supporting you every step of the way.

This advert has a close date of 31.05.2026 with interviews planned to follow.
