Remote Working Fire Protection Quantity Surveyor/Estimator

Logical are working with a growing fire protection company who are looking for a QS/Estimator to join them on a full time, permanent basis.

The projects you will be working on include social housing, schools, hospitals, care homes and student accommodation.

This is a full remote working position but you must be open to travelling nationwide as you will need to travel to site as and when.

Must have:

• Significant experience in Fire Doors and Fire Stopping Quantity Surveying, with a minimum of five years in the Fire Industry.
• A recognized qualification in Quantity Surveying is required.
• Proficiency in IT applications, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook, is necessary, with knowledge of Sales force or CRM systems being advantageous.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills are essential, along with a driven, goal-oriented attitude.
• Basic Health & Safety knowledge is also required.

This is a very exciting role for someone wanting to progress as they are looking for someone to move into a commercial manager role within the next 2-3 years.
