Events CoordinatorASAP start OngoingBased in South West London with 1 day in the office/week £17/hour + holiday pay8:30 AM - 5 PM This is an exciting opportunity to join a prestigious global organisation at the forefront of delivering innovative and high-impact virtual events. As part of a dynamic and collaborative team, you'll play a key role in managing the end-to-end delivery of online conferences, ensuring a seamless experience for both internal stakeholders and external audiences.You'll bring strong organisational skills, excellent communication, and a proactive mindset, with the ability to manage multiple projects and stakeholders simultaneously. This role is ideal for someone who thrives under pressure, has a keen eye for detail, and is passionate about creating engaging digital experiences.WHAT YOU'LL DO:

• Manage the operational delivery of virtual events from start to finish, including registration, stakeholder coordination, and day-of execution
• Train internal partners on event technology, processes, and resources
• Use feedback from previous events to develop new ways of engaging audiences and improving the customer experience
• Identify operational efficiencies to support scaling across a high volume of virtual events
• Liaise with global conference teams to align on process improvements and best practices
• Contribute to special projects to enhance virtual event products and workflows

WHO YOU ARE:

• 2+ years' professional experience, ideally in events
• Confident with Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel) and familiar with virtual event platforms such as Webex and Zoom
• Strong communication skills
• Professional, resilient, and able to remain calm under pressure
• Adaptable, proactive with strong problem-solving skills
• Exceptional time management, attention to detail, and organisational skills
• Bachelor's degree desired
