Lettings Negotiator

My client is an owner managed Real Estate company based in one of the most affluent areas of North London, holding the monopoly in the area with its incredbile brand name and high retention in staff. They are looking for an experienced lettings agent to join their busy and very well establised letting team.

Salary : 25k plus

OTE : excellent

Beneftis: Excellent

Hours of work : Monday to Friday 9-6 every third Saturday I day off in lieu

Job description

• Primarily responsible for property letting consultations and rental procedures , addressing customer rental needs.
• Familiarize oneself with UK rental regulations and processes through training, and respond to customer inquiries related to the rental process via phone and email.
• Coordinate and facilitate customer property viewings.
• Assist customers in completing rental procedures, including but not limited to background checks, contract signing, and move-incoordination.
• Carry out periodic property inspections and report and deal with maintenance issues
• Arrange contractors to carry out work, reporting to line manager
• Obtain competitive quotations
• Any other tasks as per business needs

Requirements:

• Fluent in English
• Must have the right to work in the UK without future visa sponsorship.
• Diligent work ethic, empathy, and a strong sense of responsibility.
• High receptivity to new information and a commitment to staying updated with industry trends.
• Effective communication skills, a willingness to proactively learn, and the ability to master communication techniques to enhance personal capabilities.
