Campsite Manager French Language Essential

Parc St Vincent based in Lévignac-de-Guyenne, France is a welcoming, family-friendly campsite known for its beautiful surroundings. We are now seeking a motivated and hands-on Campsite Manager to join our team and oversee the daily operations of the park.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage the day-to-day running of the campsite & Small Restaurant Open a Few Days a Week, ensuring high standards of cleanliness, safety, and customer service.
• Supervise and support seasonal and permanent staff.
• Handle guest enquiries and resolve issues promptly, both in person and via phone/email.
• Oversee reservations, check-ins, and check-outs using campsite booking systems.
• Maintain facilities, liaising with contractors when needed.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations.
• Support marketing initiatives, local partnerships, and community engagement

Essential Requirements:

• Fluent in French & English (spoken and written) - this is essential for guest interaction and liaising with local authorities/contractors.
• Proven experience in hospitality, tourism, or campsite/holiday park management.
• Strong organisational skills.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to work flexibly, including weekends and evenings during peak season.
• Practical mindset, with the ability to handle maintenance tasks when required, gardening off season.
