Head of Apprenticeships and Skills

You will be within easy reach of North London, as its 100% office based (no hybrid of home working).

This dynamic organisation delivers Study Programmes and Apprenticeships, specialising in Business Admin, Accounting, Early Years, and Teaching Assistant pathways.

Key responsibilities include:

• Leading the operational delivery of contracted programmes.
• Managing staff and overseeing the delivery team.
• Ensuring programmes meet targets for participant numbers, achievements, and outcomes.
• Contributing to the organisation's Three-Year Strategic Plan.
• Overseeing quality improvement strategies and meeting quality targets.
• Acting as second nominee during Ofsted inspections.
• Implementing Safeguarding, Health & Safety, and Equality & Diversity policies.

You will work across two projects based in Enfield and Colindale.

Experience in managing post-16 education provision, including apprenticeships, is essential. Experience with Study Programmes is desirable.
