AI Engineer - Conversational Systems

Location: Remote / Hybrid (UK or Europe preferred)

Package: £100k (blend of salary warrants)

We're building the next generation of AI for real estate-where every client interaction happens through one smart chat. We're looking for an AI Engineer to take our prototype agent to production and scale it into a modular, learning system.

What You'll Do

• Chat-first interface: Replace forms with a conversational agent that collects inputs, runs calculations, and delivers results instantly.

• Modular AI: Build specialist "mini-bots" (forecasting, scoring, compliance, etc.) for speed and scalability.

• Continuous learning: Use interaction data to fine-tune and improve the agent over time.

• Integrations: Plug into existing databases, APIs, and calculation engines.

• Productionise models: Deploy in-house ML prototypes to deliver real-time property forecasts, matches, and compliance checks.

What We're Looking For

• Experience with AI/ML engineering and conversational systems.

• Strong skills in APIs, backend integration, and productionising ML models.

• Bonus: background in real estate, fintech, or compliance tech.
