We're looking for fun, energetic people to join our kitchen team in our busy London pubs

Offering our customers breakfast, lunch and dinner menu - all prepared and cooked from an open kitchen to our company standards as well as daily kitchen specials.

Applicants need:

• To be able to work in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent communication skills
• To be keen to learn, develop new skills
• A high standard of personal appearance
• To be reliable and punctual

Basic duties will include:

• Maintaining '5 star' standard of cleanliness throughout the kitchen and back of house areas
• Food preparation and safe storage
• Food service to our spec manual
• Opening and close down procedures
• Maintain all the due diligence checks

Full & part time positions available with rates of pay from £11.50+ per hour depending on experience, we also offer a meal on duty, service charge, 50% staff discount, 28 days holiday + an extra day off to celebrate your birthday.
