About the Role

As an International Co-ordinator, you will manage international repatriation services, ensuring a seamless and empathetic experience for customers during difficult times. Your role will involve direct communication with clients, administrative tasks, and liaising with government offices and other key stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle customer enquiries with professionalism, efficiency, and empathy.
• Input and manage data accurately within the internal system.
• Research and resolve customer queries regarding services and invoices.
• Promote additional products and services where appropriate.
• Represent the company at exhibitions, networking events, and official meetings.
• Assist in gathering and updating international regulatory information.
• Carry out external visits to government offices when required.
• View and prepare the deceased for transportation.
• Meet with families in person to provide support and guidance.

Key Skills & Qualifications

• Fluency in Portuguese is essential (additional languages such as German, Spanish, Italian, French, Polish, or Russian are a plus).
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with an empathetic approach.
• Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients, colleagues, and external partners.
• Highly organised with attention to detail and accuracy.
• Proficient in IT systems and data entry.
• Ability to multitask and work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
• Flexible approach to working hours and availability.
• Strong command of written and spoken English.
