Key Responsibilities

Financial Advice

  • Deliver regulated advice tailored to clients' needs and goals.
  • Conduct detailed reviews of financial circumstances and objectives.
  • Recommend suitable solutions from our centralised investment proposition.
  • Prepare and present clear, personalised financial plans and reports.
  • Support business growth through client development and marketing initiatives.

Client Outcomes, Conduct & Culture

  • Build strong, long-term client relationships through regular reviews and proactive communication.
  • Identify and support vulnerable clients with care and sensitivity.
  • Respond promptly to client enquiries and complaints.
  • Engage in CPD and professional development.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to foster a positive team culture.

Skills & Experience

Essential

  • Level 4 Diploma in Regulated Financial Planning (CII, CISI, or equivalent).
  • Current Statement of Professional Standing (SPS).
  • Proven experience in delivering regulated financial advice.
  • Up-to-date CPD record.

Desirable

  • Chartered Financial Planner or equivalent Level 6 qualification.
  • Specialist accreditations (e.g., Long Term Care).
  • Experience with CRM systems.
  • Additional language skills or experience working with vulnerable clients.
