Behaviour Support Assistant - The Role

• Full-time position (Monday - Friday, 8am - 4pm)
• 1:1 support for an EYFS child with SEMH and behavioural needs
• Develop and implement effective behaviour management strategies
• Work closely with teachers and SEN specialists to support progress
• Use creative approaches to encourage engagement and development

Behaviour Support Assistant - Requirements

• Previous experience working in SEN or behaviour support
• Strong understanding of SEMH and behavioural needs
• Ability to build trusting relationships with children and staff
• Resilient, patient, and proactive approach
• Commitment to making a positive and lasting impact
