Operations Director

Exciting Operations Director opportunity for a best in class refurbishment company providing solutions for private and public sector clients in Buckinghamshire.

About the role of Operations Director:

Stepping into the business as Operations Director, driving refurbishment/fit out projects and leading key operations across the business. They need someone who can enforce new processes and train members of the team using your experience.

Responsibilities for Operations Director:

• Directly working with clients and understanding needs
• Implement new processes and procedures
• Mentor young people
• Help teams to deliver projects from pre-con to hand over

Requirements for Operations Director:

• Must live within an hour radius of Milton Keynes
• Experience working on projects valued 1 - 10 million
• Strong commercial fit out background and experience
• Experience working in an Operations Director role helping to mentor others
