Electromechanical Inspector

Are you an experienced Electromechanical Inspector looking for a new position? JRS are currently recruiting for our client in Farnham who are seeking an Inspector/Tester to come and join the business on a temp to perm basis.

This role requires a flexible approach and willingness to take on a multitude of tasks in different areas of the business.

Duties to include (but not limited to):

• Reading and understanding of technical drawings and specification
• Familiarity with electronic and pneumatic test equipment
• Ability to use measuring equipment
• Carry out final inspection testing
• Write reports and procedure instructions
• Ability to fault find and analyse problems
• Pressure and leak testing and inspection of finished product (which can be strenuous)
• Flexible working attitude with the ability to work within multiple departments
• Familiar with Statistical Process Control

Required Skills

• Previous experience of quality inspection within engineering including electronic and pneumatic equipment
• Qualifications in engineering and/or quality
• IT Literate
• Excellent report writing skills
• Ability to work alone and as part of a team
