We are hiring a Store Manager for our first store in the UK, located in Cheapside, London! We are looking for a leader passionate about delivering a world-class shopping experience and fostering a positive, high-energy environment for their team. John Henric is an affordable luxury brand offering high-quality men s fashion and accessories, designed to empower modern gentlemen with style and sophistication.

Your Responsibilities as Store Manager:

• Lead the Cheapside store to deliver an exceptional customer experience, reflecting John Henric s values and premium reputation.

• Drive sales and ensure the store achieves its financial targets.

• Recruit, train, and develop a high-performing team passionate about the brand and customer

  service.

• Ensure the store meets brand standards and adheres to health and safety guidelines.

• Analyze trends and competitors to maintain a competitive edge.

• Be the face of the business, actively engaging with customers and team members alike.

• Proven experience as a Manager in a dynamic retail or hospitality environment.

• Passionate about delivering outstanding customer service and driving sales.

Salary and benefits

Salary: up to £35 000
Bonus scheme: Bonus after outcome on sales against budget, taking into account Ebit, eNps and the mystery shopper experience
Commission: X
Pension: according to sector-specific statutory provision
