Air / Roadfreight TCS Operator

Freightserve recruitment are looking for a Air / Roadfreight TCS Operator for a well-established Heathrow based Freight Forwarder based in Feltham, Middlesex area.

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate express and time critical shipments
• Dealing with both Import and Export with a bias towards Imports
• Overseeing both Air and Roadfreight
• HMRC queries
• Manage the operational email inbox
• Customer services
• Process Import and export documents

Key Requirements:

• Import experience (air or roadfreight)
• Excellent communication and organisational skills
• Ideally knowledge of AOG's
• Knowledge of HMRC Customs Procedures

Working hours are Monday - Friday 11am - 7pm
