The Exam Invigilator plays a vital role in ensuring examinations run smoothly and fairly for all students.

Core Responsibilities:

• Follow all exam board and JCQ regulations
• Prepare examination rooms
• Distribute and collect exam materials
• Verify student attendance
• Maintain silence and exam conditions
• Supervise entry and exit procedures

Exam Periods:

Mock exams most commonly take place:

• November, December, March & early May

Main external exams commonly take place (maximum availability required):

• May & June

Sessions:

• Morning (AM)
• Afternoon (PM)

Living locally to High Wycombe, Buckinghamshire is beneficial due to session gaps.

Ideal Candidate:

• Experience in school settings (prioritised for booking, however, not essential)
• High attention to detail
• Calm under pressure
• Professional communication skills
• Able to stand for extended periods
• Punctual and organised
