Are you an experienced and passionate Special Needs Teacher looking for a rewarding role? We are seeking a dedicated professional with Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) to join a thriving special needs school in South West London, supporting students with complex learning needs.

Key Details: Special Needs Teacher

• Location: South West London
• Contract: Full-Time, Monday to Friday
• Start Date: September 2025
• Salary: Excellent rates of pay (competitive and based on experience)

Responsibilities: Special Needs Teacher

• Plan and deliver engaging, differentiated lessons tailored to the needs of students with complex needs
• Support the development of students communication, social, and life skills
• Create and maintain a safe, inclusive, and positive learning environment
• Assess and monitor individual student progress, adapting learning plans as necessary
• Collaborate with teaching assistants, therapists, and parents to provide a holistic approach to education
• Implement behaviour and sensory strategies to support students engagement and development

Requirements: Special Needs Teacher

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
• Proven experience working with children or young people with complex learning needs
• Strong knowledge of SEN strategies and teaching approaches
• Excellent communication and organisational skills
• A compassionate and patient approach, with a passion for supporting student development
