Site Manager

R9 Recruitment is seeking an experienced Site Manager with a strong background in Civil engineering to oversee operations on a site in SW1, London working on a Landmark. The successful candidate will have a proven track record in a similar role, demonstrating their ability to manage site activities efficiently and effectively.

Working hours: Monday - Friday, 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and coordinate site activities
• Ensure all work is carried out in accordance with health and safety regulations
• Manage and motivate the site team
• Liaise with clients, subcontractors, and suppliers
• Monitor project progress and report to senior management

Requirements:

• Civil engineering experience or background
• Proven experience in a similar site management role
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Clean DBS
