As a Mentor, you'll play a vital role in improving young people's:

• Social-emotional outcomes
• School attendance
• Engagement with education and support programmes

You'll be a listener, motivator, supporter, role model, and facilitator of learning-helping young people navigate challenges and unlock their potential.

We welcome applicants with backgrounds in:

• Youth Work
• School-based support roles
• Residential care for young people
