Leading M&E Contractor- Commercial Project

450 per day (outside IR35)/ Min 12 month contract

Freelance Quantity Surveyors I am partnered with a major M&E Contractor who are seeking an experienced QS with a solid background working on M&E packages for a prestigious Commercial development in central London

What You'll Do:

• Support financial aspects of the data centre project, ensuring it stays within budget and on schedule
• Manage procurement, subcontractor agreements, and cost reporting
• Collaborate with engineers, project managers, and contractors to ensure successful project execution
• Provide accurate cost forecasts, risk assessments, and final accounts

The Person

The ideal QS will be able to gel with the existing team and hit the ground running in this fast paced project. To be considered, you must hit the following base criteria;

• Proven experience in quantity surveying working on MEP work packages
• Strong knowledge of MEP cost estimation and tendering processes.
• Familiarity with contract management, including JCT, NEC, and FIDIC contracts.
• Strong Analytical & Numerical Skill
