Take on this complex 35m project in central London as commercial lead

This 150m T/O contractor is starting 2025 with a strong, confirmed order book. So much so, they're now looking to strengthen and add a Senior Quantity Surveyor to their team.

• 35m project in London W2
• Cut & Carve, piling, basement, RC works
• Specialist, principal contractor
• 450 p/d (or salary)
• Start May/June 2025

You'll manage a QS/Assistant QS based on site and be fully responsible for the successful (commercial) delivery of this scheme, reporting into the Group Commercial Director.

It's essential you've got experience on similar central London projects, particularly those on a self delivery basis.
