Who We're Looking For

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS/QTLS).
• Experience or passion for teaching students with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD).
• Calm, creative, and patient approach to learning and behaviour management.
• Committed to inclusive education and strong relationships with pupils and families.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan and deliver differentiated lessons tailored to ASD learners.
• Support communication, independence, and emotional regulation.
• Track progress and meet EHCP targets.
• Work closely with therapists and pastoral staff to ensure wellbeing.
