Are you passionate about supporting learners in vocational education? We're looking for a dedicated Pastoral Tutor to join our dynamic Construction and Motor Vehicle team in Merton. This full-time role is ideal for someone who thrives on helping students overcome barriers to learning and succeed both academically and personally.

• Provide 1:1 and group pastoral support to students across construction and motor vehicle courses.
• Monitor attendance, behaviour, and wellbeing, intervening where necessary.
• Work closely with curriculum staff to ensure learners are supported holistically.
• Promote safeguarding, equality, and inclusion across the department.
• Support learners with personal development, employability, and progression.

• Experience working with young people in an educational or support setting.
• Strong understanding of the challenges faced by vocational learners.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• A proactive and empathetic approach to student support.
• Knowledge of safeguarding and pastoral care frameworks.
