Location: Ebbsfleet
Salary: Up to £125,000 + tailored package
Hours: 8:00 AM 5:30 PM

We are currently recruiting for a Senior Estimator to join a well-established and reputable civil engineering and groundworks contractor. With a strong track record of delivering high-quality residential, commercial, and infrastructure projects, this company has built an excellent reputation within the industry over the past 50+ years.

Key Responsibilities for the Senior Estimator:

• Leading the tender process for major projects across civil engineering and groundworks
• Preparing accurate cost estimates, ensuring profitability and competitiveness
• Working closely with the pre-construction and commercial teams to develop pricing strategies
• Evaluating project risks and opportunities, ensuring all estimates align with client expectations
• Building strong relationships with suppliers, subcontractors, and clients

Requirements for the Senior Estimator:

• Proven experience as a Senior Estimator within a Main Contractor or House Builder in the UK.
• Strong knowledge of estimating software and tendering procedures
• Ability to manage multiple tenders and meet strict deadlines
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Commercial awareness and a keen eye for detail
