• Proven leadership experience with a track record of exceeding KPIs.
• Strong understanding of housing management, contract compliance, and rent setting.
• Exceptional communication and negotiation skills.
• Proficiency in IT systems and Microsoft Office.
• Experience in performance management and staff development.
