We are a well-established financial planning firm based in Sevenoaks, dedicated to providing professional and supportive services to our clients. Our team values collaboration, accuracy, and excellent client care. We are currently seeking an experienced IFA Administrator to join our friendly team.

The Role:

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented IFA Administrator to support our advisers and ensure the smooth running of client services. As an IFA Administrator, you will process client paperwork, maintain accurate records, and assist with administrative tasks across pensions, investments, and general financial planning.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and process client documentation and forms
  • Maintain accurate client records and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements
  • Support advisers in day-to-day client management
  • Assist with new business, client reviews, and routine administration
  • Liaise with clients and external providers as needed

Skills & Experience:

  • Previous experience as an IFA Administrator or in financial services administration is preferred
  • Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office; experience with financial systems is a plus
