Contract: 3 months+
Day Rate: £16 P/H Outside IR35

At Khuda Technology, we are working with a leading organisation to recruit an experienced Audio Visual Desktop Engineer. This is an exciting opportunity for a skilled IT professional to deliver high-quality AV and desktop support to senior stakeholders in a fast-paced, technology-driven environment.

As an Audio Visual Desktop Engineer, you will be responsible for providing white-glove IT support to VIP users, managing and maintaining AV systems, and ensuring seamless meeting room technology operations. You will play a key role in supporting board-level stakeholders, responding swiftly and professionally to their IT needs.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide face-to-face IT support to senior stakeholders.
• Troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software, and connectivity issues.
• Manage escalations and ensure timely resolution of technical problems.
• Collaborate with IT teams to improve service delivery and system performance.
• Maintain and support AV technologies in meeting spaces, reception areas, and production studios.
• Provide technical support for major AV events (board meetings, client conferences, webinars).
• Ensure seamless integration and performance of Microsoft Teams, Zoom, Skype for Business, and On24.
• Work closely with the Facilities team to maintain AV infrastructure.

Skills

• Strong experience in desktop & AV support within a corporate environment.
• Proven ability to support board-level executives and handle VIP IT requests.
• Hands-on expertise with Microsoft Teams, Zoom, Skype for Business, On24, and Crestron AV solutions.
• Experience troubleshooting Windows 10, Office 365, HP Laptops, and business applications.
• Excellent communication skills with a customer-focused approach.
• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities effectively.
