Position: PE Teacher - Short-Term Cover with potential to be extendedLocation: Ascot AreaStart Date: Immediate / As Soon As PossibleContract: Short-term, full-time

We are seeking an enthusiastic and dedicated PE Teacher to join a high-achieving secondary school on a short-term cover basis. This is an excellent opportunity for a passionate educator to deliver engaging and inclusive Physical Education lessons to students across Key Stages 3 and 4.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality PE lessons that inspire participation and promote physical wellbeing.
• Plan and deliver sessions across a range of sports and activities.
• Manage behaviour effectively to create a positive learning environment.
• Contribute to the wider department where necessary, including extracurricular activities (if applicable).
• Ensure safeguarding policies are followed at all times.

Requirements

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent.
• Experience teaching PE within a secondary school environment.
• Strong communication and classroom management skills.
• A proactive and supportive attitude toward pupils and colleagues.
