Facilities Coordinators (x2) - Temporary / Temp to Perm Moorgate, London £17-£19 per hour Full-time, Monday to Friday

We're seeking two Facilities Coordinators to join a large, well-renowned educational establishment based near Moorgate. This is an exciting opportunity to play a key role in the smooth day-to-day running of a busy campus environment - supporting classrooms, events, and general facilities operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Setting up classrooms and teaching spaces, ensuring rooms are ready for lectures and events

• Moving and arranging furniture (tables, chairs, etc.) for special events such as mock courtrooms and presentations

• Liaising with and meeting contractors and service providers on site

• Working closely with Security, Cleaning, and Engineering teams to maintain a safe and efficient environment

• Clearing down and resetting rooms after events

• Reporting maintenance issues and facilities faults promptly

• Responding to facilities requests and supporting general campus operations

Requirements:

• Previous experience in a facilities, maintenance, or estates support role

• Excellent communication and coordination skills

• Proactive, hands-on approach and a strong team player

• Physically capable of manual handling tasks (moving furniture/equipment)

• Reliable, punctual, and customer-focused
