Sales and Lettings Negotiator

Location: Southgate, North London, N14

Salary: £15,000 Basic + Uncapped Commission (High OTE - £30,000 - £40,000)

Contract: Full Time

The Role:

As a dual Sales and Lettings Negotiator, no two days will be the same. You will be the face of Unique Estates, guiding clients through the moving process. Your key responsibilities will include:

• Registering new applicants and building strong relationships with potential buyers and tenants.
• Conducting property viewings and showcasing our portfolio to a high standard.
• Negotiating offers between parties to secure the best results.
• Canvassing for new business and valuations.
• Providing exceptional customer service from the first call to the final handover.

The Candidate:

You do not necessarily need years of industry experience, but you must have a passion for sales and people. We are looking for:

• Drive: Someone who is target-driven and motivated by commission.
• Communication: Excellent telephone manner and the ability to build rapport face-to-face.
• Presentation: A smart, professional appearance.
• Essentials: A full UK driving license and access to your own vehicle (monthly petrol allowance given)
