MEP Project Engineer Building Services-Mech Bias

Your next move starts hereAre you a mechanically biased MEP Project Engineer looking for a role that offers flexibility, autonomy, and exciting projects across retail and commercial fit-outs?We're working with a well-established consultancy that's offering a 4-day work week - with 3 days on site and 1 from home - plus a competitive salary of £50-55k, car or car allowance, and full coverage of travel and WFH expenses.What you'll be doing:

• Leading MEP building services projects from concept to completion
• Developing designs for HVAC, lighting, power, and specialist systems
• Coordinating with clients, contractors, and stakeholders
• Conducting site surveys, inspections, and quality checks
• Ensuring compliance with UK regulations and sustainability standards

What we're looking for:

• 5+ years' experience in building services project engineering
• Strong design experience and familiarity with tools like AutoCAD, Revit MEP, Amtech
• Excellent communication and project coordination skills
• A proactive, client-facing approach with commercial awareness
