Chartered Building Surveyor - London

A leading, independent property and construction consultancy is looking for a Chartered or Senior Building Surveyor to join their London team. The Role

This is a varied and client facing role offering exposure to a wide range of professional and project work, including:

Dilapidations (both landlord and tenant) Technical Due Diligence & Pre-Acquisition Surveys Fund Monitoring and Project Oversight Contract Administration and Refurbishment Projects General Building Surveying services across commercial, retail and mixed use sectors You'll be working with a respected team on behalf of an impressive portfolio of investors, funds, developers and occupiers, gaining exposure to significant assets and developments across London and beyond.

About You

You'll be MRICS qualified, commercially minded and confident in managing client relationships.
