MEP CAD Technician

Are you a CAD Technician with experience in M&E building services?

Are you proficient in Bentley MicroStation?

Salary: £30,000 to £40,000
Location: London, 5 days in office per week.

This design and build company is renowned for its technical excellence, specialising in signalling, telecoms, electrical, and mechanical design. They play a key role in delivering major infrastructure upgrades across mainline, metro, and light rail networks, ensuring the safe and efficient operation of critical transport systems.

This role is perfect for a CAD Technician with 1 to 3 years of M&E building services experience who is eager to develop their skills in rail station projects, including opportunities to work on HS2.

Requirements:

• Degree equivalent qualification in relevant subject.
• Minimum 1 year of experience working on building services projects, specifically in mechanical & electrical works.
• Rail station experience ideal, not essential.
• Proficient in Bentley software such as Openbuildings/MicroStation essential.

This will be a two stage interview process, with an initial interview on Teams, ideally followed by an interview in their central London office.
