The Opportunity
We re currently seeking an experienced Electrical Project Manager to lead the successful delivery of a major construction project in Groningen, Netherlands. With a strong electrical bias, you ll bring technical leadership, hands-on site management, and collaborative coordination to ensure the electrical package is delivered to the highest standards of quality, safety, and performance.
Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage the electrical scope of a large-scale construction project from site mobilization through to commissioning and handover
• Be a visible leader on-site, ensuring health and safety compliance and best practices are followed
• Oversee daily site activity and coordinate with the client, consultants, and contractors to ensure smooth workflow and information sharing
• Drive progress reporting, identify and resolve issues proactively, and support timely project delivery
• Coordinate snagging activities, handover documentation, and stakeholder expectations
• Review and manage project changes, variations, and delays in collaboration with the commercial and planning teams
• Implement project procedures, promoting consistency and excellence in site operations
• Participate in key meetings, actively contribute to decision-making, and provide regular updates to stakeholders

What You ll Bring:

• Proven experience in managing electrical elements of construction delivery on complex, high-value projects
• Degree in Electrical Engineering, Construction Management or a related field (or equivalent experience)
• Project management certification (APM, PMP, PRINCE2) is advantageous
• Strong technical understanding of electrical systems within data centre or industrial environments
• Excellent communication and team leadership skills, with the ability to influence and motivate others
• Detail-focused, quality-driven, and committed to delivering safely and sustainably
• Fluent English required; Dutch language skills are a plus
• Valid EU work eligibility or visa to work in the Netherlands
