Job Requirements/Description

We have an exciting opportunity for an IT Help Desk Team Leader/Supervisor to step into a Management level role! Our client are a Law firm in the City of London, and they're looking for someone to come in and lead their team of 3 who work across all lines of support.

Hybrid: 3 in office 2 home

The role:

-Line management of 3

-Project management for implementation of new software and assistance in deploying new systems

-To develop and monitor SLAs

-To ensure ticket standards are met

-Identify patterns and problems with reported incidents

-Building/testing future desktop set ups

-Asset management of user equipment

-Maintain security of operating systems

-Provide resolutions to advanced tickets

Required knowledge:

-Microsoft Office Suite, iManage, Exchange On-line, Mimecast (or similar)
