About the Role:

As a Production Planner, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring smooth production operations by effectively managing schedules, resources, and materials. Working closely with the sales, production and supply chain teams, you will optimise processes and help drive efficiency within the business.

Key Responsibilities:

• Create, set up and implement new planning processes and systems
• Develop and maintain production schedules to meet customer demands.
• Work with ERP systems to track and manage production workflows.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely delivery of products.
• Monitor inventory levels and plan materials to minimise waste.
• Track production costs and work with operations teams to create cost saving measures.
• Identify and implement process improvements to enhance productivity.

About You:

• Experience in a Production Planner role or similar.
• Previous experience setting up systems and processes for planning activites including ERP
• A strong ability to analyse data, identify trends and make informed decisions.
• Proficiency with ERP systems is essential.
• Strong organisational and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
