Junior Contracts Manager

Junior Contracts Manager required to join mechanical / electrical maintenance contractor based in the Edenbridge area. The Junior Contracts Manager will ideally come from a construction background in the early stages of their career looking to pursue a career within the construction industry. The Junior Contracts Manager role is very varied as they offer a vast array of services, initially the successful candidate would be supported by an experienced contracts manager who they will work with to gain experience and knowledge of the industry as competence and skills grow the right person will be given the opportunity to run a portfolio of their own buildings. The Junior Contracts Manager role would suit someone who is interested in building services but doesn't want to work on the tools, or maybe has some experience working on the tools but is seeking first steps into management. This person must be a very effective communicator (both written and verbal) and be good working with computers, attitude and willingness to work and learn is essential.
