• Leading the UK Supply Chain Strategy
• Sourcing new products and ingredients
• Working cross functionally with NPD for menu launches
• Leading a team (future)
• Working with C-Suite colleagues

Profile

• Must have 10 + years of experience within QSR or Hospitality procurement
• Must have a track record soucing ingredients and food products
• Strong communication and leadership skills.
