Technical Assistant Uxbridge SALARY

Hours: Full Time (34hrs/week)

TAMO is a valve and instrumentation supply company, offering a wide range of products for both standard and specialist industrial applications. The company supplies to all market sectors including oil/gas, chemical, pharmaceutical, medical, food, motor racing, semi conductor and power generation.

You will play a key role in supporting the company s growth plans for 2025 and further by helping to decide on strategies for direct and e-marketing.

Are you the right person for the job?

• You will be local to the Uxbridge area
• Knowledgeable in the use of MS Office (Word, Outlook, Excel)
• Experience with a CRM or Operations Software (similar to OPERA II) would be an asset
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• English and Maths - GCSE Level A/C, NVQ or equivalent qualification
• Motivated and excited about customer service
• Eligible to work in the UK

What will your role as Technical Assistant look like?

• Setting, retrofitting and testing valves and instruments
• Assembling and testing of Tamo product
• Generating work orders from the ERP system
• Inspecting and signing off finished product
• Packing and preparing shipments for despatch
• Coordinating with couriers for incoming and outgoing deliveries
• Participate in customer support with the rest of the team
• Contribute to new developments in R&D
• Other related activity
