We're seeking an experienced Technical Manager to lead the design and technical delivery of major MEP projects in one of London's most prestigious locations.

This is a fantastic opportunity to join a high-performing technical team, working on complex projects across sectors including commercial, healthcare, education, MOD, and leisure. You'll play a key role in the pre-construction phase, ensuring that engineering design is coordinated, risk-managed, and commercially aligned.

• Manage and de-risk project design in the pre-construction phase

• Ensure design compliance with all relevant standards, safety regulations, and industry best practices

• Oversee consultant design deliverables and ensure alignment with commercial, procurement and programme needs

• Drive value engineering and ensure integration of design changes

• Work closely with clients, consultants, digital engineers, and project delivery teams

• Degree-qualified in Mechanical, Electrical, or Building Services Engineering (BEng/MEng/MSc)

• Professionally registered (or working towards) with CIBSE, IET, IMechE or similar

• 5+ years' experience in design-focused engineering roles, ideally on projects valued between 5M- 50M MEP

• Excellent communicator with a passion for technical delivery and collaborative problem solving
