Hours:Monday to Friday, daytime hours (minimal weekend or shift work)

The Opportunity:This is an exceptional chance to take ownership of the operational setup for a new and well-financed retail brand launching six stores across the UK in May 2025 - with ambitions to expand to 15-20 outlets by the end of the year.

You will lead the creation of a Central London-based distribution centre, establishing efficient picking and packing processes, implementing systems to ensure stock integrity, and building an operational framework designed to scale rapidly.

Key Responsibilities:

• Set up and manage the initial distribution centre

• Develop and implement stock management and operational systems

Preferred Skills:

• Previous experience establishing new distribution or warehouse sites

• Strong project management capabilities

• Exposure to fast-scaling retail or FMCG environments
