Warehouse Supervisor

Reginald Ames Limited is a well-established, fast growing and forward-thinking company, specialising in the importation of high end/speciality Teas, Herbs and Infusions from around the world. We are the market leading contract packer for Speciality Teas in the UK. The team are focused, friendly, and highly professional.

Due to continuing growth, we are looking for a first-class Warehouse Supervisor. Hours 8.30am - 4.30pm Monday to Friday.

Supervising and managing the daily, weekly, monthly and annual requirements of all aspects relating to warehousing and logistics within Reginald Ames. Managing a team of warehouse operatives and all stock management requirements.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:

• Manage the warehouse team
• Work in partnership with Production Supervisors to fulfil production operation requirements
• Ensure the highest standards of hygiene and good housekeeping are maintained across all warehouses
• Ensure all company processes are followed and completed in full
• Stock monitoring and stock take management across both onsite and offsite storage
• Ensuring all KPIs are met and reported effectively
• Management of ordering and stocking of warehouse consumables
• Advocate for change and a willingness to work as part of a wider team and management structure

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Stock allocation and control of stock rotation
• Managing daily Goods Out process
• Monitor daily Goods In process
• Managing reporting / paperwork accurately
• Arrange daily Despatch of goods
• Plan and arrange daily stock movements

Salary dependent upon experience.
