Description

• Create and execute compelling visual merchandising displays in line with brand guidelines.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to support promotional campaigns and product launches.
• Analyse store layouts and optimise space to maximise product visibility and sales.
• Develop seasonal and event-based merchandising plans to reflect current trends.
• Monitor competitor activities and industry trends to maintain a competitive edge.
• Provide training and guidance to store teams on visual merchandising standards.
• Ensure the consistency of brand image across multiple locations in London.
• Report on the effectiveness of visual merchandising strategies to key stakeholders.

Profile

A successful Visual Merchandiser should have:

• Proven experience in visual merchandising within the fragrance industry.
• Understanding of premium retail.
• Strong creative and design skills, with an eye for detail.
• Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams, especially in marketing and agency settings.

Job Offer

• Competitive salary ranging from £50,000 to £55,000 per annum
• 10% Bonus
• Permanent hybrid position based in London.
