About the Role

We are seeking a Senior AI Delivery Lead to join a specialist consultancy focused on modernising organisations through advanced AI, data science and next-generation technology solutions.

In this senior role, you will take ownership of designing and delivering AI-enabled solutions across complex client engagements, working closely with stakeholders to understand business challenges and translate them into scalable, production-ready AI products. You will guide technical strategy, shape delivery approaches and lead cross-functional teams spanning data science, engineering, development and analysis.

This role comes with the added responsibility of mentoring technical teams, influencing best practice and helping to define the future direction of AI capability within the organisation.

Responsibilities

• Lead the design and delivery of AI-enabled solutions, including traditional machine learning, generative AI and advanced analytics
• Manage end-to-end project lifecycles, including scoping, planning, timelines, budgets and stakeholder communication
• Collaborate with clients to understand business objectives and develop AI strategies that align with their goals
• Identify and shape AI opportunities, contributing to go-to-market initiatives, proposals and client bids

Skills and Experience

• Extensive experience delivering production-grade AI and machine learning solutions at scale
• Strong understanding of generative AI technologies and their practical applications
• Deep Insurance sector experience
• Strong project management capability, including managing scope, timelines and budgets
• Experience working within Agile delivery environments
