I amsupporting an exciting & fast-growing food & beverage company who arelooking for a Property Management Accountant to join the team! This role willalso involve a lot of Finance Business Partnering with internal & externalstakeholders, as well as many commercial duties, making it a very well-roundedand exciting role. The client is seeking candidates who were trained within theBig 4 then moved into the food & beverage, hospitality, retail or propertysectors and are now looking for their next exciting opportunity withinindustry! You must have experience with IFRS16 reporting & propertyfinance.

Theclient is also open to candidates coming straight from the Big 4 if you haveexcellent academics and a very confident and eager personality to shine in afinance business partnering role, or if you were trained within a finance gradscheme within a hospitality/retail/property company!

Your new role

  • Manage the monthly accounting process and reporting for all property costs including lease accounting under IFRS 16
  • Perform monthly reconciliations of the property balance sheet including rent, rates, service charges, utilities and other property costs
  • Own preparation of all sections of the property month end Management pack
  • Variance analysis on both the property P&L and balance sheet
  • Finance business partnering with finance & non-finance teams
  • Own all Fixed Asset accounting
  • Support Head of Finance with inputs and assumptions for new store appraisals
  • Support with budgeting and forecasting for property P&L, balance sheet and cash flow.
  • Identify and communicate risks & opportunities against the budget and forecast
  • Identify opportunities to optimise property costs and work with the business to deliver these

  • What you'll need to succeed
    Theclient is seeking candidates who were trained within the Big 4 then moved intothe food & beverage, hospitality, property or retail sectors and are nowlooking for their next exciting opportunity within industry! You must haveexperience with IFRS16 reporting and property finance.
