The Supply Register is currently working in partnership with schools across Hertford and London to appoint a Geography Teacher who is committed to ensuring every child is challenged to achieve their maximum potential. We are looking for a teacher who has passion, enthusiasm, and the skills and desire to develop and nurture every child in their care. You will consistently deliver excellent teaching and learning, helping all students achieve strong academic results.

Responsibilities of a Geography Teacher:

• Be an outstanding teacher of Geography or have the potential to become outstanding

• Be experienced in raising, or have the desire to raise, attainment in a challenging classroom environment

• Have proven experience working, or the desire to work, successfully with students of all abilities

• Be committed to a high-expectations ethos and the belief that every child can succeed

• Have the resolve to make a real difference to the lives of pupils

Requirements for this role:

• Must hold QTS or equivalent teaching qualifications

• Must have the Right to Work in the UK

• Must hold an Enhanced DBS or be willing to process one

• Must be able to provide a minimum of 2 professional references covering the last 2 years
