At SuperBike Factory, our Technicians are the heartbeat of the business.

As Europe’s largest used motorcycle retailer, with over 3,000 bikes across six UK locations, we know our success depends on skilled people who take pride in delivering safe, retail-ready motorcycles to riders across the country.

That’s why we’re committed to creating a workshop environment where technicians are genuinely supported, developed, and valued — with structured hours, clear progression opportunities, and a strong team culture.

Whether you’re already an experienced motorcycle technician or coming from a strong automotive background with transferable skills, we’d love to hear from you.

Why Join SuperBike Factory?

We’ve built a workshop environment focused on both performance and people.

You’ll work alongside experienced technicians, Workshop Controllers, and leadership teams who are there to support you — not leave you struggling on difficult jobs alone.

We also understand the importance of work-life balance, which is why we operate with:

  • 41.25 contracted hours per week
  • A structured and fair approach to weekend support
  • Clear progression pathways from Entry Level Technician through to Master Technician
  • Ongoing technical development and external training opportunities

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Carrying out servicing, repairs, and diagnostics across a wide range of motorcycles — from commuter bikes to high-performance superbikes
  • Completing all work to high safety and retail-ready standards
  • Conducting road tests where required to confirm quality and performance
  • Working closely with Parts, Workshop Control, and the wider aftersales team to maintain workshop efficiency
  • Maintaining accurate job records and completing work within agreed timeframes
  • Taking pride in delivering high-quality workmanship with attention to detail

What We’re Looking For

Essential Skills & Experience

  • Previous experience as a Motorcycle Technician or Mechanic OR strong automotive mechanical experience with transferable skills
  • Strong diagnostic and mechanical abilities
  • Safe and professional workshop practices
  • Team-focused attitude with a strong work ethic
  • Commitment to quality workmanship and customer satisfaction

Desirable

  • Multi-brand or dealer workshop experience
  • Full motorcycle licence
  • MOT licence or MOT testing experience
  • Interest in developing further technical qualifications

If your MOT licence has lapsed, or you’re looking to gain accreditation, we can support you with training and renewal opportunities.

What You’ll Get

  • Competitive salary of £28,000–£40,000 DOE
  • Performance-related bonus opportunities
  • Clear progression route from Entry Level to Master Technician
  • Ongoing manufacturer and specialist training opportunities
  • Support with MOT training and accreditation
  • Dedicated technical support from senior technicians and workshop leadership
  • Modern workshop environment with a strong team culture
  • Staff discount on bikes and accessories
  • Health & wellbeing support
  • Career development opportunities within a growing national business
