SEND Teacher - Barnet

This role offers the chance to make a real difference in the lives of children and young people with a range of special educational needs, including autism, communication and interaction difficulties, social, emotional and mental health needs, and moderate to complex learning difficulties.
About the Role- Plan and deliver engaging lessons that meet the individual needs of pupils.
- Create a safe, nurturing classroom where every child feels valued and supported.
- Work closely with teaching assistants, therapists, and wider staff to provide holistic support.
- Track and celebrate pupil progress, adapting strategies to ensure every learner achieves their best.
About You- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent.
- Experience teaching or supporting pupils with SEND in either mainstream or specialist settings.
- A compassionate, patient and resilient approach to teaching.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills, with the ability to build positive relationships with pupils and colleagues.
- A genuine passion for supporting children and young people to reach their full potential.
